1. Course Fee Refund Eligibility

• Students may request a refund within 3 days of enrollment.
• A full refund will be provided if the institute cancels or reschedules a batch.
• Refunds may be initiated if the course cannot be offered due to internal reasons.
• No refunds will be granted once classes have started or course materials have been issued.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

• Registration or admission fees
• Examination or certification charges
• Digital study materials already accessed
• One-time processing or administrative fees

3. Course Cancellation by Student

• Students must submit a written cancellation request at the office or via email.
• No refunds are provided for cancellations after the course begins.

4. Batch Changes / Course Transfers

• Batch changes are subject to availability and approval.
• Transfers may require a batch change fee.
• Only one batch change is allowed per student.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.
• Refunds will be credited using the original payment method or bank transfer.

6. Institute Rights

• CCVIT may modify schedules, trainers, or course formats when required.
• The institute reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet policy criteria.
• Policy updates may be made at any time without prior notice.
